My friend Maria in NY has some of your soap and mentioned washing her hair with it. Now as frugal as I am, I completely fall into the store bought shampoo and conditioner route(purchased on sale of course!) But my frugality got the best of me and I had to try it. I couldn't bring myself to try it with the Wild Rose soap which I love. But I tried it with the beer soap and a vinegar rinse after. I must say...I think I like it. :) I gave my friend the mint one (can't remember the name). It was green on the top. She loved it! Loved it so much in fact that after every shower, she would remove it from the bathroom so her husband and children couldn't use it! Be blessed, Staci
Staci- your comment really made me laugh. It just tickles me that your friend hides her soap. I have heard of several women who have been hiding it from their husbands. The beer soap I actually formulated to BE a shampoo bar, for my own hair and is what I have been using for 2 years. It has added cocoa butter which acts as a conditioner and beer is good for your hair. It cleans very well, in fact guys love it to wash grease and stuff off of their hands. It cleans without stripping the natural oils from your skin and hair. I am so glad you and your friends are enjoying the soaps and glad to hear Maria likes hers also! May God bless you richly, my friend.
